One of the better Mexican restaurants around the area. Good to go grab a quick bite to eat. You won't be disappointed.

I enjoy mixing things up alittle, so I decided to see what my local guides suggested hence Rafa's and I must say is was delicious.
My wife and I shared a plate of four shredded beef tacos (street style) a side of rice and refried beans. The beans tasted great, the rice perfectly seasoned and fluffy and the shredded beef with onions and cilantro.
Don't let the fact that this restaurant is located in a service station. Everyone was friendly and the cooks had smiles 😃

The food was old, burped it up all night had my 7 and 4 year old as well as my husband and I with diarrhea. Beans were old and crusty as the Carnitas. No bueno

My favorite Mexican food in ElkGrove, excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere, super convenient location off Bruceville and Sheldon.
