I can appreciate what they've attempted to do here. It was good, not great. Messy dining room during a rush, should have a single person managing the tables and bussing them. Eggs only one way. Pancakes were amazing, but if I had to spend the money, I'd rather go hit up a Denny's and relax, and I hate Denny's.

Gave them one star for the times I've been there when the food was good. Two times ago that we went there, a cashier was yelling at a cook in front of a crowd. When the manager told her to calm down, she told the manager to "shut up". The food took 35 min to show up after it was ordered. Last time we went there the kids mac n cheese was half the size that they had been every other time. We were told that they had to cut back on the sizes. The chicken pasta only had 3 bite sizes pieces of chicken for the adult meal... it used to be full of chicken. We were told that it would be an extra charge to add more. The soup was completely watered down and the wait this time was just over 40 min. It's unfortunate because prices, location, service and food used to be good. Not anymore.

The service was good but when I arrived home and opened my bag I noticed that the potato chips were missing from both sandwiches I purchased. I called the location and spoke with the manager who said that she would refund my credit card for the purchase to compensate for the inconvenience. 3 days later I received an email informing me that the location had ceased operations. I then checked my bank account only to find out that the $10.01 had not been refunded. I sent an email to corporate with the receipt information and have yet to hear anything back.

Loved this place when it opened but sadly it's severely lacking now. Service has gone downhill. In the dozen times we've eaten here we have had exactly 2 meals come out with our entire order correct. The food is good but the lack of consistency is horrible. Portion control is all over the board. The final straw tonight was showing up and having a huge rat sitting in front of the door. We are done here!
