Afternoon crew was young with no name tags and wearing masks. An issue arised and I asked for MGR. Worker in incident claimed to be MGR. I went on to ask for his name. He refused. I asked 2 other workers for his name. They also refused. All of this over a small request. My short 8 yr old daughter wanted a single scoop in a cup but she wanted half chocolate and half vanilla. Apparently this is against corporate policy and he felt he had to take a hard stance and say no to request. But he did offer my daughter 2 scoops and charge me for 2 scoops. No one else was in store during incident. It was 3 young workers. My wife, 8 yr old daughter, 14 yr old son and myself with 10 month old baby I was carrying in arms. Once wife started recording and other customers came in, he agreed to make exception! Reallly, now after all the resistance he gave us because of a Corporate Rule he could not break! We were upset and left to Cold Stone instead!

Good ice cream, but they don't accept bills over $50. They don't tell you this or have any kind of signage up, so you go to pay after they've scooped everything and you have to go somewhere to get change. Put up a sign please. Had to update my review. So, they don't take anything over $50 for some people. The people behind us said they were paying with a $100 also. We had assumed they would go to the atm like we did, but the shop took their money and not ours. Won't ever go there again. Customer service and rules should be the same for each customer.

I ordered a banana royale and told the employer I want it just like the picture which contained caramel and no chocolate. 1: the ice cream was already melting and 2: she added fudge instead of caramel. I asked her if it comes with fudge as well because in the picture it only shows caramel, she said no but because thats the way she likes to make it, she put fudge instead of caramel. My whole ice cream melted so fast it was chocolate milk with bananas in it. Very disappointed that I'm given melted ice cream and an employee who feels because she makes it a certain way, that's how shes going to make it instead of making it the proper way.

Took 28min to make a shake. After putting on food service gloves to make the shake and cookie sandwich, the kid behind counter, started cleaning up trash off counters and dirty dishes. Then proceed to start touching my food. When i pointed out how unsanitary it was he argued with me that I was wrong and haughtily asked what I thought the solution was. I had to request a change of gloves. Manager has no idea how to train employees in food handling. DISGUSTING. WILL NEVER RETURN.
