Took forever to have my order taken. They forgot my frosty and sweet tea the first time through, and when I sat 10 minutes through the line again, they didn’t even remake the frosty. It was sweaty like it had sat there a long time. My coke lid wasn’t on all the way and spilled all over myself and my delivery van. Not remotely worth it to go to this one. I’ll be patient especially spending over 40 bucks in a drive through but I don’t like having my order messed up.

Drive through..ordered a taco salad. Inside was closed, so all orders were through drive through. There was a car/customer that had issues with order. By the time I got up, I paid and I received my bag. I drove away, (I should have looked at my bag before leaving), I only received the salad, no chili, no chips no salsa or sour cream. I had to drive back and get in line through the drive through. Another 10inutes to let them know about my order. It was rectified but still missing was one item. Plus my child ordered some items and wasn't charged. The manager handled it well, by apologizing, giving me my order and comping my child's meal.

I have been to this location several times in the last couple of years and it seems like some part of my order is always screwed up. The staff is usually pretty nice, which is the only reason for 2 stars. I normally love Wendy's, but I do not recommend this location at all.

The wait line in the drive through is always about 35 min. Food is good but management needs additional staff or another strategy to get the food faster. This happens each time we go not an isolated event.

They had no salads and I'm gluten free, so that's pretty much all I buy here. I proceeded to order for everyone else and the clerk did not understand my order and missed several items. When I asked a question I got silence from him. We left without purchasing anything.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes when I got to order one guy says they have to close because the system went down. When I get to the window and say I’m calling corporate another guy says they are have to close early because they are short staffed. This location regularly closes early stay away

Ive been visiting all the Wendy's in my area. I've found a few that are in need of cleaning and training. This location is one of the best I've seen . The dining room was very clean and the tables were wiped off. I didn't need to wait long to put in order and was served quickly.

Good food for cheap, while all other prices have been increasing like crazy Wendy's is still affordable, I appreciate that.
