Royal Thai Cuisine

This restaurant is awesome. The staff was very friendly and paid attention to detail as far as the unique request we were making. we have a special Thai place we would go to in the town we used to live in and they were willing to accommodate our request to cook the food exactly how we like it at our old favorite Thai place. This will definitely be our go-to Thai place from now on. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to eat. Get the drunken noodle great food. Me and my wife eat here all the time. They are very nice and care about you and your family while your eating dinner. I love the food very good. I love the older woman that helps us she knows me and my wife very well she is like a mom. Come here now!!!

I have been to Royal Thai several times for lunch. I really enjoy the cashew nut chicken and the Thai basil chicken. The food is always good and I've never been disappointed. The Thai iced tea is also wonderful! The lunch time service is always fast and courteous, which allows you to get in and out in your alloted lunch hour. I agree that the staff is not overly friendly, but they are professional in taking orders, getting them right, and serving food in a timely manner. That's all I ask for in the service of food.

Went there with my family who were visiting from abroad on Thursday afternoon, we ordered some food and all entrees with chicken were not fully cooked, checked was all raw and we told this to server and she never even bothered and took the plates in the kitchen and told us that there is no more chicken as they ran out in the afternoon and they can't make any more food, next thing she came and gave us a bill for the same and we never even had our food, as I have business in the same shopping Center and I used to go there before I guess they need to change their staff, I asked who is the owner so that I can email her what's going on, but staff never gave me any information. It was big embarrassment for me in front my family who were visiting from Australia and this was there first American Thai food experience. Nothing but the last I pointed to server about hair in the food and she just said awww we are sorry and she left like it's not big deal.

Food was decent. But the service was horrible. We were one of only three tables that were customers and I saw at least 3 waitresses working but it still took 20 minutes to get our drinks, and then additional 20 minutes to get our food. Which is unfortunate because I was looking forward to eating there. I just moved here from Ohio and now I have to find somewhere else with good Thai food
