Wonderful

To-go. I enjoy good food but I’m not a picky eater, and I always look for the blend of quality and quantity per buck. Pros -Huge portion! Awesome amount of entree vs sides. The photo is deceptive because this is an extra large container it came in. -Cheap. $8.08 for a lunch special -fast. Protein to go? Done. Cons -food is cheap. The chicken is super tough, dish was salty but pretty flavorless/oily, rice has nothing in it. It screams budget cuts (I know it’s hard to make the bills) -service (least important to me) was pretty cold, not welcoming I’d like to try some other dishes but I’m pretty unimpressed :( if they restaurant just added a little more pepper/white pepper, garlic to their dishes it would go miles. Even just a couple more eggs in the fried rice, and a couple green onions. I’d gladly make it a regular lunch spot if they stepped up the quality one notch. Edit: normally can’t touch the red chili’s but I ate these whole- old? Not hot at all. Also got the end of an onion and a random piece of Napa cabbage from someone else’s dish. There’s something not right in the kitchen system or management thereof.

Arrived a little after 8 pm on a Thursday. The restaurant was clean, waitress was friendly and answered my questions about the menu. I ordered the combination plate with cashew chicken and a side of chicken chow mein. My eyes were much larger than my stomach so I have lunch and dinner to take home. Not bad for under $20

The service and ambiance was very pleasant. All seemed well until the food came. I thought it was a fluke, that it was just my order that was bland. The other two people's orders were bland, just tasteless. None of us finished our food and ended up throwing out what we brought home. I wish them luck.
