Came by for a lunch meet up with friends and it was nice and a lot of food for the price point. I had the spicy buffalo chicken salad. It was huge and nice with the house-made buffalo sauce celery and nice apples for a sweet crunch. The others had a steak salad( best value) turkey plate( nice amount of meat and fresh veggies) and a Ruben sandwich( super yummy and decent size) we sat outside so we could chat and have the doggy join us. Overall a great place for lunch with huge salads. I think the tri tip salad is the best value today.

I absolutely loved this place. My friend treated me and I got a custom salad with salmon, cucumber, feta, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes, crispy wontons, and a gorgonzola dressing and it was delicious 😋😋😋. And we shared a their specialty fries, also amazing. I will for sure be back to try their sandwiches I hear so much about.

I ordered two BBQ chicken sandwiches with one urban fries for take out. When I got home and opened our sandwiches the buns were all burnt like a charcoal. I called the locations and went to voice mail. I was so mad and angry and I wanted to take it back and throw at their face but didn't have time since my lunch break was already over. I.go tot his place often but this is not the first time we got burnt food and it has happened couple of times in the past. So we wind up throwing them in the garbage because we didn't want to eat crappie burnt sandwich. Extremely disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich the chicken was over cooked and rubbery and there was also chunks of fat in the sandwich 🤮

5 Stars the FIRST time I ate here and then...the NEXT DAY...key salad bowl ingredient completely left out of ALL 3 I ordered for pick up (darn near $60 spent). I know that Jack's Urban Eats would want to right this error, but considering I brought the salads back to the SF Bay Area, maybe it'll be difficult for them to make it up to me. I really hope to hear back from someone cuz despite the missing ingredient, when I come to Elk Grove to visit my parents, I will most likely get food from them again. I'll just insist on a double check of the order.
Overall, I say good food but have THEM double check your ToGo orders. I'm sure those kind of errors don't happen to folks that eat at the location.

DO NOT ORDER the Korean BBQ Steak Bowl. It was absolutely NOT worth the price, nor was it filling. There was maybe, maybe 1/4-1/2 cup of thinly sliced Korean bbq marinated steak, a 1/4 cup of black rice/quinoa and the rest, like the entire bowl was shredded cabbage. It was pretty maddening. Of course we didn't see it until we got home. Just shredded cabbage for $17!!!!

Great food, fun atmosphere, the people that work there are so nice and helpful, we wanted a picture of us with a friend who's moving out of state, it may be the last picture we get of us together and the bus boy dropped everything he was doing to take it for us. Love Jacks!

They never pick up the phone, not to mention I have ordered the Chinese chicken salad multiple times and today was the third time they forgot the jicama. I am not entirely sure why they don't check to make sure they are making the order correctly. I made sure that I did not accidently hit "no jicama" Just issue after issue with this location...
