Great place to grab a quick lunch. Meet with your friends. Work on your laptop. The baked bread and pastries are freah and delicious. I love the coffee and there is a good variety of other drinks available. The service is fast and efficient.

Poppy seed strawberry salad? Good! French onion soup in a bread bowl! Good! Two blueberry scones? I had better! In fact, I've had much better! Tastes like an ingredient is missing!

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes, a staff member walks past and says “be with you shortly” took another 5 minutes for her to come and let me know there is a 25 minute wait for all orders. 10 minutes wait to be informed of another 30 minutes wait!!! Hmmm

Good coffee. Service is not so great. There were so many peolple behind the counter, but I am not sure what everyone was needed for. It takes a person to put croutons in a bag, a person to hold a box, lots of talking. 15 mins to get a coffee. NO communication. Finally had to go ask...don't get me wrong, service work is no walk in the park, but no one seemed to want to be there at all...no smiles, nothing...kinda sad.

The food was ok. A bit disappointed considering how much they are charging for a combo meal. I got the pick 2 combo and got a soup that is very sweet and a sandwich overly loaded with mustard which I absolutely hate.
Only that make up for the visit was the customer service and cleanness of the place. But they really need to work on the flavors of their foods.

Food always comes quick and fresh, and there are lots of great healthy options. I love their tea selection too! I use the online pickup often, but when I eat in, there are always clean tables available. When I used to study here, I also took advantage of the wifi and many outlets.

Panera made me forget Starbucks . breakfast..keep the taste and bestest is service and ambie ce and cleanliness... May be add some more veggie options.
Love the service and efficiency of the place like everywhere...
But coffee is still best of Starbucks..they need to improve the coffee .
