I understand it’s busy at Starbucks, but I always hope the customer service is good. We all have bad days and busy days. My drink wasn’t correct (extremely overly sweet), and when I tried to nicely ask the baristas making the drinks, I was quickly cut off and the one was little rude. I didn’t want a whole new drink, just a side of milk so I could add it in. The guy at the register was super friendly though… otherwise this would be 2 stars. I usually don’t go to this Starbucks and won’t be anymore.

Whether I order in store or drive thru, the wait is never too long. The employees do a great job at making sure the drink orders are correct and keeping the inside of the location very tidy. This is one of my favorite spots to meet up with people because they have such a wide variety of seating options and the tables are wiped off for new customers. So came back during the "flu season" and it was disappointing that you couldn't sit inside but the service was great and look forward to when they open the dining room. I did like the board with local events and news, as always the place was very clean. Thanks for the continued hard work staff!!

worst starbucks ever been. In the store standing like 10 mins, they all busy talk to each others, no one take service. then i place my order through app, got my drink and left.

My coworkers and I ordered five cups of coffee from Uber eat yesterday( ordered number1098A). I ordered a Grande decafe pumpkin spice latte but when I received my coffee it was less than 2/3. I attached picture here. I used to be starbucks partner but I never treat my customers like that. No matter how busy we were, we would never complete a drink like this and hand over to a customer. We tried to contact Uber eat but fail and I tried to call this store. The phone is not working. Also, I am wondering if someone drank my coffee? That’s really gross! I am so disappointed at Starbucks now.

There is always a bunch of cars lined up waiting at the drive through. They are really slow, most mornings I can’t get my order due to the long waits

I had a $10 gift card & wanted to try a certain sandwich but they were sold out at 430pm. So then I just ordered a random egg sandwich & it was pretty nasty. I also got a pumpkin cheesecake muffin that was pretty good. And some average run of the mill small hot chocolate... Price for the 3 items was over $10 so I had to pay extra. 😭
