Edit: Now sure why but this place is closing at like 9pm instead of 10pm. Even though hours posted on door at 10pm. Ive went here twice at around 9:20pm and both times I'm left at the speaker waiting. No one can say they are closed or anything. I'm not sure what has happened to this location over the last year or so. I have gone to this one for many years, a couple times a year. Over the last year or so the quality of the food has been diminishing. At one point their fish has a weird dirty spoiled washrag taste to it. I never had to specifically say I wanted tartar sauce with my order up until early 2020. I left with my order and drove 20 miles home to find no tartar sauce in my bag. I went to a store and bought some. Next time I went they asked if I wanted any sauce and I said no. Thinking it was the "extra" caundiments they were talking about as stated on the sign on their window. Again I received no tartar but this time I checked as I received my order. This recent trip I had to wait a good 7-8 minutes for my order as I watched the girl working the register be on her phone for the duration of my visit. Seems she could have been doing something more productive to help speed up their "fast food" process.

Fast service, good food. I don't like the cashier working the drive thru speaker and waiting on me at the same time for the same reasons I wouldn't want them on a telephone. Of course that is a corporate money saving scheme and not the fault of the employee. 3-17-2022, food was fast and hot. Drink self-service area needs updates or repairs. Floor wet, corrosion of stainless steel, lower doors damaged, this area will probably get health department inspection notations. Room was a bit warm as was restroom uncomfortable, plus needed attention to restroom. No music or TV in dining area and not very welcoming. Store could use updates. 05-08-2022 We decided to eat out on Mother's Day in the evening to avoid crowds. About 8:15 pm, noticed parking lot empty but drive thru going. Walked to door and locked, no note on door, closing was 10 pm. If hours are changed, post a note! We ate at Cracker Barrel.

I will NEVER go back. I do not know what happened to this establishment in the last year or two but it was awful all the way around. My fish was undercooked and my fries were old. They did not have any sweet tea available at the public drink station and didnt have much business so theres no good reason to have an unstocked drink station. The floors and tables were dirty in the dining area and the restroom was litered with toilet paper. This used to be my favorite fish place. What a disapointment!!
