This McDonald’s is under new management! The employees are friendlier and the food is McDonald’s standard! I highly recommend!!

The staff was attentive and friendly. I used the app for curbside and had to go in bc I forgot to order a drink, The cashier opened and greeted me at the door! 😃 The food was excellent. The only mistake was they gave me a small shake instead of a medium, and I was already down the road by the time I noticed. 🙀
This store is located in a very high traffic area, that is usually always busy. They were fairly busy when we got in line for the drive thru. The food was decent, exactly the way you would expect McDonald's food to taste. They were pretty slow when we went through, but this could be attributed to being short on workers.
This is a nice McDonald's. Do a lot of door dash deliveries from here. They offer dashers meal cards and free drinks! At least in Elizabethtown KY. They have some snags here and there to be honest.
Some of the front wait staff aren't very attentive, however they are all very young and school kids so give them a break! They show up and are nice.
Beware of the donut prices though. This isn't a reference to this location. It's about all the locations. 2.32$ for a single donut is outrageous.
I would say this restaurant location gets a 10/10 because I've never had what I call bad service. It's too notch and it's also CLEAN.
The Wendy's up the road.. well no, just hell no. If you are on the fence for lunch and have to decide go to McDonald's then skip Wendy's. Wendy's service is in the gutter. I've been bitterly disappointed with every Wendy's in Elizabethtown.

You know what McDonald's is, when you come to McDonald's you should know what it is and what to expect. With that said, this is the best McDonald's in Etown with the I65 exit one being a close second.
This location consistently has really great employees who have personality and don't mind letting some of that out there when you go in or roll through the drive thru. Yes the ice cream machine is down sometimes, yes the carbonation is occasionally out at 730am but these things happen at any McDonald's.
When I order my two cheeseburger meal, they remember to take the pickles and onions off both sandwiches not just the first. They know I don't want the receipt. When I go in, they hand me my drink cups before taking the next order. And the food is consistently good for what it is.
If I had the option to visit any of the McDonald's locations in Etown and they were all equal distance from me, I'd consistently pick this one.
Never had a bad experience at McDonald's they always treated me good fast service nice employees. My food always hot especially breakfastime sausage egg and cheese McMuffin fire 🔥. Four-stars rock and roll.

Service was fine and the employee was very cordial, however possibly needed more training before being placed in the position to take orders and being comfortable handling money. The manager at that particular time did not, in my personal opinion, have a good rapport with myself nor several other customers having errors in their orders. Additionally the atmosphere was not conducive to having my lunch inside that particular location of McDonald's due to the inside eating areas and restrooms were unkept,
They had me to pull forward for 2 large fries, waited 5 more minutes then brought a different order out that included 3 large fries including other items. No one was waiting in front of me so just wondering why I wasn't served my order correctly. I was offered the order that was brought to me in place of mine which was very generous.
Even though they are always busy, they always deliver fast and amazing food. The drive-thru folks are always nice and have a smile on their face. There is one specific lady that works the drive-thru. I can't think of her name right off, but I took care of her mother at one of the nursing homes. I just want to give a shout out to that lady. Thank you and God Bless You All.
