Stopped by to get my husband and myself a delicious Cobb salad with ranch dressing. Service was really slow. It seemed like they were more interested in taking care of the drive thru customers than the walk-in customers. My wait time was 25 minutes.
I'm the pregnant lady in the van that often stops in for cups of ice, though we regularly buy food and cookies too. But I just wanted to say what a great team of employees this place has. Always so nice and courteous. I am having a hard pregnancy, and sometimes I stop in because I'm anemic and just really like ice right now, and other times it's because of the complications with this pregnancy, I get ice to see if I can get my baby moving to make sure she's okay. I feel bad about bothering them a few times a week for ice and apologize like every time. But they're always so nice and kind to me about it. But when we do get food and cookies, it's always so fresh and hot and the fries are 🔥 good. I've been to the zaxbys in Johnson City and it's rarely been a good experience there, but the Elizabethton location is where it's at and the best for miles and miles around. Thank you guys for everything 😚 You guys are seriously amazing and so appreciated!
Love their food! Today was kinda messy and the fries was a lil over cooked and no salt. But still love it!!
