7-eleven

Let me start off by saying I grew up going to seven eleven. I loved going there as a kid! When I say this I hope you listen. DO NOT GO TO THIS 7-11! I keep asking myself why do I stop here? The simple fact of is on my way home. Every time I go there I have to keep my head on a swivel! You never know who or what is going to jump out at you. I have never felt so unsafe at a convenient store. The homeless that straggled around and the gang bangers seem to never stop! I am never setting foot in this store again! They have lost me as a customer.

RUUUUUDEEE I’m USE TO being ID here ! But in past few days I haven’t been asked for an ID by them because I guess at some point they recognized my face so I didn’t bother pulling out my ID (thistime) since I recognized the older women out. If I had known that she was going to be rude and disrespectful I would have pulled it out but instead she was ringing / gossiping to the manager and customers saying I was throwing money at her which didn’t and was explaining to the manager too but he was screaming at me and I was telling him didn’t Throw it at her face or body ! that I just put it on the counter ! and didn’t have time to argue I’m just trying to go he still rung me up for it after denying me at first but I was telling him I recongnized some of the employees who ID me here before that I came last night and they didn’t ID Last night either But he just kept being rude !!

I always go to buy the 10 mini taquitos promotion, and every time something uncomfortable happens... The faces the employees be making to others and none of the times that I've said thanks after the service, even tho their service sucks, i receive an answer or even a look. The elders are the rudest and i believe they are racists to Hispanics. Unfortunately that's the closest one to my house and i always buy at 7/11 stores to add points to my rewards account.

I was there a couple of years ago. My daughter dropped an empty slushie cup on the floor. I picked it up and threw it in the trash. One of the staff came over upset, told me they pay for those cups. Instead of asking me to pay the price of the cup I disposed, he took it out of the trash and put it back with the rest of the clean cups. I never went back again. That was just nasty
