This is one of the times a -☆ would apply. While I love the sandwich R**a makes she is a incredibly rude, sour and argumentative employee. She actually argued with me that I had asked a question already (on a different visit) and should know the answer. She stood there eating her food at the counter knowing full well I was standing there waiting to be helped. I mean I can go on and on about how offensive she is, but I think you get the picture. I have gotten a handful of sandwiches there over the last 6 months and today was the worst she has behaved. I simply can not give my hard earned money to your establishment any longer, especially with other happy options near by.
My advise, fire her!!! There are tons of nice people out there that would love R**as job.
