People handle my money and debit card with gloves wherever I go, but I get my ice cream handed to me with no gloves. It's disgusting. I mean I like eating my cone but when it's touched by bare hands I prefer not. Ice cream is delicious, but it should be mandatory to wear gloves whenever handling food and changed after touching money and so forth. My opinion

Maria and Kim have the worst customer service ive ever seen. Maria was supposed to be the manager and I drove in asking for the new holiday cold coffee flavor of toasted gingerbread Which she said didn't exist. I also ordered hash browns which I returned because they were so cold. I had to drive around the drive thru just to take a picture of the seasonal flavor of toasted gingerbread on the drive thru billboard just to prove to her that she was wrong. Worst experience ever. I have everything recorded on how poorly they treated me and how nasty they made my coffee. Will not be going back!

bought three milkshakes all chocolate through the drive thru. the charge for 3 medium chocolate milkshakes was 18 dollars. they take my money out of a 20. After 10 minutes they come out to tell me they have no chocolate ice cream. very weird but okay things happen so I tell them it's fine just give me a refund. after 10 minutes waiting for the refund I am told the manager can only offer me a gift card refund? after arguing I got my cash back but still a very bizarre experience. will not return.
