Burger King

I asked the manager/ employee that was their to make my chicken extra crispy for the same reason that I didn’t want that soft breading on these hand breaded chicken sandwiches . Pay attention to your customers when the ask for extra crispy or extra anything . Lazy people don’t deserve higher wages work on communication and most of all listen what your customers wants on their food . The picture shows the breading on this chicken sandwich still needs more frying thanks a lot and change your number on your website im pretty sure I’m not the first to complain .

Excellent service! - I was in a hurry due to some issues, and was having trouble with time. I asked the workers in burger King if they could make the order quick, and they said this " no problem". Yep. In comparison to mcdonals, which said "I'm not taking your order" when I told them to hurry up. Obviously burger King is the winner. - Make sure to go here if you want your good quick in case you lack time. - Would rate it above 5/5 stars if I could for fast, quality, and service. - Photo is of mcdonalds because it's where I tried to go first, before finding out their service is bad. - go to burger King 🤴 - Nothing against mcdonalds, just Rating the best places around in elgin.

I ordered two kid's meals one cheeseburger plain and the other regular cheeseburger. They gave me both kid's meals plain. Not what I ordered. Then I looked at the receipt and they charged me more than what the menu said. I tried to call the number on the receipt, but was the wrong number. I looked up the number online and I still couldn't get a hold of anyone. I don't live in this town was passing by. I'm so upset. Is that how Burger King run's a business. I wonder if this has happened to other people and they don't realize they got charged more.

Due to being short staffed they do not have there lobby open, which is ok. But when you have to go thru the drive thru due to them being short staffed they should not have problem with taking more then one order! It is not my fault that you are under staffed. The customer should not have to circle the building as the manager stated to make 2 orders! Good thing MCD was right across the street! The manager there has a bad attitude no wonder they’re short staffed!
