Old Town Pizza

Ordered a DEEP DISH and received a pan pizza. Very angry since I paid for the deep and got the pan. Only reason we ate it was because we waited an hour and 16 minutes for it, its like paying for a fully loaded car and getting the base model. I won't be buying from them again, there are 4 other pizza delivery places that deliver to me and I will not order from old town pizza again!!!

Very disappointed! I ordered a small deep dish and honestly the worst deep dish I’ve ever had! First of all at arriving the pizza seating at the counter not even kept warm, second the Parmesan cheese in little bags were old and the staple on them rusty I had to throw away, third the pizza did not looked like a deep dish at all, it tasted old and no flavor! I will not be buying for this place ever again.

Was in the area and wanted a quick bite and decided to stop by and get a slice of pizza. From the outside of the place I wasn't sure that it was open due to the fact that none of the neon lights work. Wife and I a slice of pepperoni and a slice of sausage. I'm not sure if I just came at a bad day but the pizza was horrible almost like yesterday's Pizza. Crust was extremely hard and had no taste at all also there was no sauce on either one of our pizzas. Would definitely not be coming back. We didn't even finish are Pizza we just threw it out. I love pizza and tried many many different types and this pizza is worse than frozen pizzas.

Tonight we decided to order from this so called establishment. We ordered fettuccine Alfredo, “Gyro plate” (frozen gyro meat) 3 kids meals that came with fries. To start, the pasta had not even an ounce of flavor. It tasted watery and old. Noodles were hard as a rock. With hopes of the salad being some what decent, I was wrong. The blue cheese dressing it came with in packet form was spoiled. Total meal went to the garbage. My husband meal was the gyro which again is the frozen kind from the grocery story. And all the fries that came with the meal burnt no flavor. I’m sure the owner will come on here and give the best excuse possible to why the close to $50 so called dinner we didn’t have, was simply made to the best of its ability. From the recent responses I’ve seen, customers can’t complain because why even give any kind of criticism at all. Owners seem to know what’s best for their establishment. But we will never and I mean never order from here again. So if you like to throw away money on tasteless food, then you will love this place for sure!

We order from this place quite a bit because we really like the dough on the pizza but time and time again I always order my pizza pie cut and every time they send the pizza and it’s not pie cut. Even says it on the ticket! They need to pay more attention to the tickets before they send out the pizzas. Over all good pizza but never get it the way we want it. Would be at least a 4 but since the order never comes right a 2

Ordered at 6pm for one small cheese pizza. Was told 20-25 minutes over the phone. Ordered wing stop next door at the same time and was also told 20 minutes. Wing stop was on time and picked up at 6:20. Did not get our pizza out of the oven until 6:40. No apology and he tried to charge twice. We paid when we got there and because it took so long he forgot he charged us. Use to come to this place all the time and was excited to come back but will not order again.

I am really confused about why I keep getting non deep dish pizzas when I order deep dish? There is no sauce basically and cheese ontop, complete opposite of deep dish. I gave them a second chance on it and it still isn't what I wanted. Luckily I got it cheap from a grub hub promotion and it is better than chain pizza places so Im not that upset, but I just don't understand their menu because every pizza I have ordered isn't what I asked for? Maybe the grub hub menu is not clear or mixed up. I do like this pizza though despite it not being what I wanted so, that says something about the quality of food.

We, as a business, order multiple times a week from this place. We will not be going back. The food took over an hour and the pizza was literally inedible. It had almost no cheese or sauce and appeared to have been sitting out for 2 days straight. the Chicken Parmigana sandwich was extremely small (think slightly bigger than a McDonald's happy meal cheeseburger size) and extremely rubbery and did not come with any fries or extras. It cost $6.50 + tax. When we called about the pizza, we had to ask for a replacement. When they were asked about the sandwich, we were told that just is what it is and oh well. We asked for fries to be added on then since the sandwich could barely consitute an actual meal and they made us pay for those. Never once did the guy offer any coupons, credit, or even offer the send the fries free as an apology. No indication that we are valued customers after the consistent heavy business we give them. Then, the replacement pizza took almost another hour to arrive and came in after everyone's lunch break had ended. At the end of the day, we could have considered forgiving the GOD AWFUL excuse for "food" had Old Town bothered to TRY to make us feel like they cared about our business...or their own reputation, for that matter. However the customer service was terrible and they really dropped the ball. Clearly, they do not care about retaining consistent business.
