Pizza Hut

Pros: great on timing, order is correct, service was friendly. Cons: extra marinara I paid for is only half-filled, food was not very warm (which is odd given the store is 1 mile away), and the pizza’s barely got marinara on it. Almost as if it’s just cheese and bread, I separated the two wondering if there was any sauce at all. This may be a pro if you don’t like sauce on your pizza.

I called and put in an order for a pizza last night. I was told it would be 65 minutes. An hour and a half later I still had not received my pizza so I called to check on the order. The girl who originally took my order said she remembered talking to me but did not see my order. She then told me she would have it taken care of and hung up. I tried to call back multiple times and got a machine. I never got my pizza that I ordered. I’m extremely disappointed.

This Pizza Hut is the best of all Pizza huts. Always on time with orders. Handles my big families orders well, and is nice all while doing it. It is a very cute little store. I love how they decorate for halloween, christmas, etc. Makes it fun to come in! Plus they also offer a things of mints at check out which I think is cool. Ran by a very awesome organized head manager, and she has pretty great supervisors/managers beneath her as well, and great drivers that are willing to go a good distance, and even meet as far out as they are allowed to, if you don't want to make the trip. Super friendly staff, great food, and they are willing to go above and beyond to make your pizza dreams come true. And the store is nice and clean. Love coming here! Will certainly continue having loyal service here, and my parents will as well. ❤

Called and ordered a pizza on a Friday night and we're told it would be a 90 minute wait, which we were OK with! After an hour, received a call that they ran out of dough and it would be a 3 hour wait. We cancelled our order but they offered nothing for the inconvenience. Bad customer service!!! Update: received a call with offer of $15 credit on our account....not sure we will actually use it but at least it is the thought that counts...

Pizza Hut should better equip their staff to promotions. Not going into great detail, except for the fact that I contacted their main office with the problem getting no response. Faithfully bought pizza there one to two times a week, haven't been there for three months. The one star rating Is not for the pizza, but for very poor communication and a misinformed, immature response from the staff and their headquarters.
