Tender Greens

Between Urban Plates and Tender Greens? I would choose the latter every day of the week! I love how clean this Tender Greens is. Anyhow, the customer service in this restaurant is top notch! The dining area and the restrooms are super clean. This is important because when the restaurants are clean, customers would be mindful to clean up after themselves. 👌✨ In terms of the food, I have only ever tried the plates but in terms of the entree of the plates? I have tasted all them and I would recommend all of them except for their falafel (vegetarian might love this though). As for the drinks, I think their Agua Fresca is great but can be a little to sweet for my taste. However, I would recommend The Greens (If you don't eat lots of vegetables but want to get their nutritional benefits? Try this). Review of each meat: - Salt and pepper chicken: Yes, your classic salt and pepper. These chicken are seasoned well and are really chewy! 😋 - Chipotle BBQ chicken: This has a little more flavor, salty with a little bit of sweetness to it. ** TIP: For the chicken, if you want more skin, asks for dark meat only. ** - Steak: Probably my favorite! Which meat lover doesn't like steak? 😏 **TIP: What I found to be a hit and miss is their steak level cook. Medium well steak seems to be the sweet spot for me and from time to time I would end up getting well done or medium instead. ** - Salmon: Salmon lovers, you would love this. The meat is fresh and juicy. Not too salty either. All in all, for those of you that want to eat healthy, delicious food and enjoy a cozy dining experience? Look no further, you would love Tender Greens.

Excellent customer service, and amazing, fresh food. Steak melts in your mouth, and the veggies are the best veggies I’ve had at any restaurant. Free refills on aguas. Only down side is when you order to go, the food definitely not the same. The fried chicken could use more seasoning. Nice place for outdoor dining.

We came here on Labor Day 2020 during quarantine. There was dine in area on the patio and plenty of parking on the rear side of the building. The place was clean and the employees were very nice and welcoming. We got the Salt and Pepper Chicken plate and Chipotle BBQ Chicken bowl. For beverages we got Mint Lemonade and Aqua Fresca (not sure about that one’s name). Food was very light and fresh and delicious. If ever I’m around Manhattan Beach, I’ll visit this place again. Thank you.

Something was not right with the fish I stopped by for lunch at this place and ordered the salmon dish, when it arrived it was drench in greasy liquid, and it made me really sick for a couple of days. Maybe it was an isolated incident but beware. Their customer service on the other hand is top notch. Good luck!
