I go very often here for my lunch. Sometimes coffee isn’t the same taste but well mostly it’s good. Service is also good but sometimes a female employee is annoyed and I don’t know what’s her problem yet.

Went to order 2 specialized drinks for the boss and it was a nice environment and good vibes from the employees. Clean and quick service.

The staff is overwhelmed and waiting to pick up your mobile order takes a long time in the morning.

Poor customer service ( I am paying for coffee its not free !!!)
I asked for a matcha green tea latte with customization (3 extra scoops and no ice and no foam) in it. They did a poor job. They just added matcha powder in milk and gave it to me.
Moreover, I asked for venti , they gave grande on top they made me to stand in line to get the order changed.
If you didn't like to serve, better please tell that rather than serving a drink which is too bad.
I order many times at this place and never felt like this before. And this time their service is too bad and too worst. (They felt like, as if they are giving me a free drink).

There is a great patio to enjoy a coffee here. A hangout after school for the local high school so plan accordingly.

I personally made a mistake on my.order and free of charge he fixed it then me and my uncle asked for cream but for the third time they re made our drinks and did not charge us. Of course I gave a decent tip but the amazing staff did not only continue to remake the drinks but also educated us on a few things we did not know. If not for the love of Starbucks , for the love off a truly dedicated joyful delightful and amazingly kind staffi recommend this Starbucks more than any other coffee shop I have been to in LA!!!
