It’s always a good time for ice cream! Have always liked BR and enjoyed so many of their different flavors, but chocolate chip in a sugar cone is one of my favorites!

Ordered an ice cream cake was able to pick it up through drive through very convenient however placing the order on phone was difficult because the phone kept hanging up on me

It was yummy! Many options to select from. I mixed nutty coconut and Jamoca almond fudge (tasted like coffee). My bf got old fashioned butter pecan. All three were great!

The staff needs to work on their communication skills. Be sure to greet your guests and stop what you are doing to assist them with any questions. No two customers are alike. The variety of ice cream and treats and cakes was really great. The store and restroom were very clean and that was much appreciated. We would have enjoyed being offered samples of their ice cream but again there was no communication from the staff. Be sure to stop what you are doing, greet the customer and ask questions or ask if they need more time deciding, ask if they have questions. Just be friendly, kind and helpful.

Today we came to Baskin Robbins on Resler and we would like to thank Fernanda for her excellent customer service. She was very sweet and helpful when she was taking our oder. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend her. She has a great, personality, attitude, and good working vibes that can be easily contagious to coworkers.

Just don't get things right all the time, but they do fix it which means I get extra ice cream.

The staff is always pleasant and attentive. They are always in a good mood and do their best to serve every customer quickly. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Although it is a small restaurant there is a variety of seating, from barstools and tables inside to an outside patio. And this restaurant has a drive through so you can go in your pajamas. But if you do visit the drive through, be patient and understanding. Most customers that visit the drive through have large orders. But the wait is worth it. No one beats Baskin Robbins ice cream.
