Went in today to get in a quick meal, however was informed that they didn’t have readily available regular chicken sandwiches, However this was made up for by the excellent Customer Service provided by Victoria. Victoria offered to get me a spicy chicken sandwich and it came out delicious, she even offered me a complimentary drink! Love this place and the customer service provided, will be returning.

Definitely loved the well seasoned large waffle fries for less than $3, full of flavor. The location is very ideal for students like me that take classes at the COBA building nearby or like to study & chill out at the library; quite a huge break from the usual distress in the Union dining lounge. Nice, polite employees as well!

Ok guys, I’m reading a lot of reviews about how you “went there at night” or you “can’t find the place.” First, it’s on campus, located in the food court of the Natural Gas Conference Center. If you look at the location provided on the map, it’s the big square looking building on the left of the marker. Second, you will never eat there unless you are a student or campus worker. It’s a gated campus and access is limited for only the folks who have the privilege of on campus parking. Now, for my review, it’s a walkup counter and they usually have about 5 cashiers working at their busiest times. They are polite and expedient, even when they are busy. It’s a nice break from all the crummy food served at UTEP. 5 stars.
