I had a gift card ,for one reason or the other was not activating however I had a pleasant response from the manager and she got it to work😁 so happy I walked out with my hot meal. Thankyou

I went to get a whopper meal and coke. I had a problem with the wait time ngl. I was tired and wanted to go home, I explained this to the management and they were so sweet. Both of them undersood my frustration and not only refunded my items because of this (once in a full moon kind of situation), but left me with the meal that I was waiting on with a sincere apology. Yes I wish I would have gotten my food EXactly when I wanted to, but sometimes it doesn't happen that way. They're busy or just simply forget; We are human. But one thing is for sure! The way a manager responds to the problem will definitely create a strong impact on how their team will function in similar situations. You can tell by their smiles and patience that they are good employees trying their best. Thank you for making my day with your kindness raza. And im so sorry for being a total "Karen today. The only small issue when we were there, is that the electronic soda machine was not working. They had to serve our drinks from behind the counter. Other than that, Burger King was great like always!! Love us some Burger King!!

I’ve been to different Burger Kings around the city and I think this is the best one. Food is always good and fresh. Fries never have that old oil taste.

Yariela, i think the assistant was very nice and helpful. I dont usually put reviews but i know a good customer service employee when i see one, good employees at fast food deal with annoying customers with low pay. She needs recognition
