Ordered a pizza 12:20 pizza got here at 1:00 but that's not the problem there wasn't one I was appreciated to get a pizza this late and then to top it off there was elderly lady working that late awh she was so sweet and kind and patient the pizza was also made with absolute love even at this hour I appreciate it because this is my family's breakfast TY PIZZA HUT TEAM

Ordered pizza this late at night. Pizza was Delicious, and I'm grateful they didn't do a lazy job for being a close to closing time order. I did not get the delivery lady's name but she was very sweet.

I liked the way Jose helped and communicated with me about a coupon special. He was very kind and helpful. I would have given this location a 5 star rating but the boneless chicken wings were very small and little portions. However, the customer service Jose provided was absolutely exceptional!!

The pizza an Cheese sticks I ordered was nice an hot when I received it. Also, the food was delicious an myself an children really enjoyed our dinner. Great customer service at delivery! Fast delivery as well, I put my order in an received it in less than 45 mind which was perfect!

App worked great, order was correct and made on time. The pizza was the disappointment. Toppings were scarce and both pizzas were almost sauce less. The pan crust didn’t rise and looked flat. No appeal. The store and service were a 5, the pizzas were a 3.5. Thanks for asking.

My first order wasn’t done with the extra pepperonis as requested and paid for, had it redone and it was way better than the first order. I think with a little extra training this Pizza Hut can be 5 stars. I’d rather wait a little longer and have my order done correctly the first time rather than rushing through my order and mess it up. Manager Lupe should be available in a timely manner and not have customers waiting over 30 minutes.

I paid for extra cheese, and my pizza had some patches of cheese and some empty patches of sauce. They should take the extra couple seconds to put the sauce on the wings, rather than just throwing wings and sauce into a container. And more options for pasta would be great. Maybe add a meat lasagna to the menu. Other than that, I did enjoy everything in my order.

I ordered a large stuffed crust, pepperoni, mushroom, and olive for carryout. When I Arrived, the poor employee was by himself totally slammed. I had to wait for him to assemble pizzas, and answer the phone. He was doing great, but the store was extremely understaffed. Keep in mind its football season. Anyway, pizza was delicious and warm. I feel the amount of labor needs to be assessed.
