Had a terrible experience being delivered a cold pizza with missing items, but the manager called me up, apologized and made things right. Great customer service by him. Customer service through a call center was incredibly annoying when the initial order went wrong. Took several calls and got the run around. Not the managers fault though I imagine it's corporate nonsense.

Tried the crispy melt we saw on Tik Tok. It was worth it. Server at the Ysleta location gave us such good service. Made our evening enjoyable.

I don't come here often, but when I do come - between 6 and 7 pm - it's usually empty. Not a fan of their pizza, but love the pasta bakes they have. Give those a try the next time you are at any Pizza Hut.

Great place to done for a quiet lunch. Definitely fits the bill. Just be aware this place isn't accepting the VIP coupons from the coupons books any more. But 2 can enjoy lunch for under $20 believe me you can't beat that. I love the buffet although they don't do customized pizzas they still have avoid variety. I'm so down to go again because the employees are always really nice. Great customer service and they definitely don't seem to have judging eyes. Enjoy lunch or dinner there.

we ordered two dips: a ranch and a garlic sauce however they did not go thru on our order. thank fully we were not charged for it. and the kid was so sweet to offer to drive back and get them for us.

Had a custom order to an unusual place to deliver. Order taker advised that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. The order arrived in less than 30 minutes, and it was exactly what I ordered. 💗💗💗 Pizza Hut! A hundred times better than most pizza places out there. I will always be a customer.

Pizza was great customer service was great and the buffet for lunch was Definitely warm. I do wish they have a bit of choice or more of an option to do a custom but hey what you pay it sort of what your get. Also vip coupons don't work here management won't accept them... Although the coupon does say all locations.
