Really wonderful staff. The gentleman that took my order was super friendly and on top of it. Then after I got the food, I realized only one of the donuts was the chocolate glaze my son liked. Id asked for 6 chocolate iced and didn’t realize that was different than the glazed. It was my mistake and the lady was so kind and gave me six chocolate glazed on top of what they had already given me and would not let me pay extra for it. Super super nice since that was totally my bad. Really great food all around too!

Hi Everyone, I just came from having breakfast at Dunkin Donuts on 655A Redd rd. I had a wonderful experience. Both my husband and I went in sat at a table and had breakfast. We must have been there about 1 hr. watching the people go in and out. The place is so clean, the service is fast, the employees are all in good spirits. They also make you feel welcomed. Food is warm, delicious, and even the people walked out with a smile on their face. People were also enjoying breakfast outside, the weather was a beautiful morning for this. This is the second time we visit this location, and I have to say it is by far the best service and location. Thank you Dunkin Donuts for making this a great morning for us!

Service is Incredible! I placed an order on my App for 5 dozen donuts and two boxes of Joe. They had the order ready in less than twenty minutes. The staff went out of their way to help me load it in my car.
I will be ordering from the Dunkin going forward.

This Dunkin location consistently provides the fastest, most efficient, and most enjoyable experience in El Paso! My kids look forward to going through the drive-thru to see which delightful window cashier awaits them. They handle high volume times with ease, and we never worry about whether or not our order is correct (which is impressive considering how often we visit). We love our Dunkies on Redd. crew!!

Dunkin' Donuts consistently earns my 5-star rating for their outstanding customer service. The drive-through is remarkably fast, and they consistently get my orders right. Even when I use the mobile app for orders, their customer service remains excellent. Kudos to Manager Oscar for leading a team that goes above and beyond. Despite not being a frequent visitor, they even know my name through the drive-through camera. This level of personalized service makes me a loyal customer, particularly at the Westside location on Redd. Keep up the fantastic work!

Always great! Super friendly and attentive staff, I always feel like I'm taking too long to choose donuts but they're so well stocked with many great ones. My kids love breakfast out here as a treat; the egg whites and veggie donut-omelets are a great start to their day.

Had decaf coffee for the first time. I'm shocked, it was absolutely delicious. I've been a Starbucks fan for years and years but Dunkin is my new loyalty because the coffee tastes like coffee. So delicious without even adding all the fluff of flavorings. Also had the English muffin sandwich and it was delicious. The bread is so soft. My husband had the bagel sandwich and it was a great sized bagel. Fast service, clean atmosphere. A fan to return for certain.

Nice lady picked a coffee for me that was fantastic. She also picked out two boxes of donuts for friends at Enterprise rent a car & O'Reilly's auto parts. Fast service,, In and out. She was super busy but took the time to take great care of me! I'll be back to that Redd road store.
