Food is kinda good depends what time u go, but the people that take my orders always get it wrong and are extremely rude, especially the older ones
Had to go back due to the fries not being fresh and cooked in oil taste like oil.
My son had me driving all over EP in search for the Grimace Shake and I’m sooo thankful to Kenia for going above and beyond to make it happen. Super friendly staff and top tier customer service. Thanks again Kenia!! 🤗💕

The night crew did their thing!! Food was great & service was fast.
The manager from last night Mr. Taylor or Tyler I don't remember honestly, but truly did an outstanding job with his team they were slammed but he constantly motivated his team and took his management skills to the max and stepped up to help in every which way he could. His team did an outstanding job leadership speaks and is shown very highly. Not one complaint about food. Even when I reminded him about our ice cream cones he apologized. Great work last night I definitely will be going back

Foods always great, have always loved the way the fries 🍟 come out, nice and hot, and salty to a delicious perfection (in my opinion).
Staff is sometimes a bit cold (no warm greetings type deal).
I personally dislike the way homeless folks that eat there/order there get treated.
