Little Caesars

Did an online carryout order. This place is busy around 6pm most days, always pumping out pizzas. Pack the patience. Was a little passed due the time it said it would be ready, but was still hot and fresh. I scored a Pretzel Crust Pizza with cheese sauce in the middle of there 6pm mayhem and it was on point. Was really good. Waiting area was clean. Young lady up front knew what she was doing and handled every customer quickly. Alot of people were in and out while I briefly waited and there was a huge line in the drive thru. They kept grinding. Props. Keep up the good work.

Let me start off by saying I ordered in advance and had to wait a good while for my pizzas and bread. My crazy bread was a little overcooked and my supreme deep dish was missing the pepperoni and a little under cooked. I do have to say my pizzas were loaded and wouldn't of noticed the pepperoni if it weren't for my teenage daughter. I've had issues with this store before and they were always quick to correct it. When I got there tonight I'm pretty sure there was only one gentleman in the store. He greeted me upon entering and told me he would be right with me. I proceeded to watch him run around the entire store from the drive through to the back and outside multiple times. I did not observe anyone else in the store with him. He was professional, friendly and on top of it. I've been in the food industry for a good 13 years and know most of the time it's a thankless job. I didn't get his name but I thank him greatly for the hard work and effort he put in. If the company is reading this I'm sure you can figure out who he is and his name. Even though my order wasn't absolutely correct or quick, I'm not complaining. I'm saying give this man a raise. He absolutely deserves it.

As I sit here and eat an excellent pizza, hot and covered with great toppings, I want to give this store a 5 star rating, but sadly I can't. 😥 it's my home store in my app with it being close to my house and having a drive thru, wahoo! But tonight, I ordered and picked up through the drive thru only to find when I got home, my pizza was wrong. I'm pretty easy going so I tried to let it work but my family members had allergies to one of the toppings, so I called the manager. She was AWESOME!! Invited me back for a new pizza plus she gave me breadsticks and a drink for my trouble. PERFECT customer service! If that were the end of the story, she'd have 5 stars but unfortunately it wasn't. I got home and the second pizza was wrong too. This time, the family could eat it so we were fine. Great pizza and customer service but be warned, check your pizza before you leave the parking lot unless, of course, you like the "Pizza Topping Lottery"!! Bon Appétit!
