This is definitely my favorite Whataburger in El Paso. The food is always somewhat timely, compared to others, and the meals stay consistently tasty. The veggies are always fresh, the soda machine is calibrated well, and the service, despite always being busy, exceeds expectations for a fast food restaurant. Jessica, one of the team members, was such a sweetheart. She checked up on us, and was kind, fast, and friendly - kudos to her! Whataburger always hit, regardless of the time of day… but this one always hits the mark.

The food is always good here but I didn't understand how I bought the same menu item and was charged 50 cents more for one than the other and due to time constraints I didn't have the patience or the time to dispute it with the cashier but I just thought it was odd

Nila, girl is an amazing customer service person. I've been here multiple times, as a service industry person I get there's bad nights. But there's this tall horrible customer service working girl there, this new employee made up for every single night.
