The only reason why I'm giving this place 4 stars is because they ONLY TAKE CASH. Even though they have an ATM inside... for me it's an inconvenience when you're trying to get from point A ➡ them (B) and then to ➡ C and not get food because I only have my card available. Hopefully they get to change that in the future.

Came here a couple years ago and this handsome young man helped me. Came back recently expecting great service and was not disappointed. Would definitely come back for the beans and agua frescas!

Unpretentious, budget priced food. Went there around 6:30 am and purchased two types of burritos for breakfast. They were tasty and sumptuous.

I read the comments on this page before I came here, I must say, anyone Not like this food or this Café clearly does not appreciate a good South Texas Café. I came for morning coffee. I'm impressed this Viva Café is tidy and clean, with a south Texas flavor to it, the food ( breakfast burritos) I found to be fresh, and good coffee .

I have been meaning to leave my review for Viva Cafe for some time now. I first time I ordered food from this restaurant was for my coworkers and we all enjoyed the home cooked flavor of our breakfast tacos! I have come back and they never disappoint. Great food, really nice staff, will make it a regular stop.
