Mcdonald's

It only took 50 minutes for them to make my order. Not a problem since the 20 orders that were placed after mine were apparently a bigger priority. The poor guy working the counter kept telling the rest of the crew what he needed, but they seemed to ignore him and mixed up some of the other orders, which he frantically straightened out to insure the customers received their correct orders. After I finally got my order, he apologized and informed me that my apple pies still weren't ready. He brought them out to my car another 15 minutes later. He was a good worker and was doing his best but he can't be blamed for the kitchen staff's lack of urgency. The upside is that the burgers and fries were very fresh and satisfying.

I bring my daughter here for the play center. Even though someone was cleaning the entire time we were there, it needed a good cleaning. Staff was friendly and quick. Mixed up my order and had to go get it. Very easy to fix though. Wish there was a soda station closer to the kids area cause I don't like leaving my child unattended where I can't see her.

Food was pretty good. Fries was was salted to my liking. My order was made correctly except for the fact that my sweet tea was not sweet at all. It tasted like dirt water🤢 The service is a bit slow even when ordering on the mobile app. The drive through line moves extremely slow that’s it quicker to just get it inside.

So far, customer service and food have been satisfactory. I usually only go to MD through drive through and using app. Every now and then order is either missing condiment, or order is incorrect - such as fries are cold or too salty, or burger has onions (when requested NO onions) etc Luck of chance, when choosing fast food.

This McDonalds has a fresh whole new very clean and sheik look. The indoor playground offers a big jungle gym, electrical sockets and table games. I chose to order our meal at the kiosk and paid with cash when it was brought to our table indicated with a number. Definitely a far throw from the original McDonald’s but still the real McCoy!
