I ordered a 16 oz pour over and got what tastes like a 12 oz pour with extra water. Can barely taste the coffee. I expected a 16oz pour over would be made with the proper grams for coffee:water ratio.
Espresso was decent. Abuelita mocha was powdery, needed extra stirs, flavor was great.

Global Coffee Roasters is catering to those who would like a great cup of coffee at a reasonable price. They have various coffee selections such as Hawiaan Kona, etc. They have several specialty blends, all of which can be served hot or cold. They have two roasting units on premise. I had the Abuelita Mocca Latte. It was a wonderful blend of coffee, chocolate, and cinnamon. I wish they had larger sizes available. Plus, they did not heat the milk long enough for me, so the coffee was much cooler than my preference. I also wish they had better food options. They have some nice-looking pastries, and they have a panini grill for breakfast sandwichis. I had the blueberry muffin, and it was excellent. I would come back again. Global Coffee should have tons more customers due to the excellent quality.

Global coffee’s one of those spots where as soon as you walk into the shop, it feels like home. 🏡 It has that warm homey vibe that many of us can relate to.
The industrial dark aesthetic really makes it a great place to do some homework, or even work from there for those remote workers out there!
They even roast their coffee there to see in front of everyone, which is a really cool thing to see and adds to the atmosphere
I recommend their global coffee latte, to me thats their flagship and really makes this place shine. Very rare mix of bitterness but sweetness that works really well
As a cold brew lover, i definitely enjoy that as well!

First time here and definitely impressed. I consider myself a real coffee drinker, with my 30 plus years of experience. I had the “Global Coffee” specialty hot coffee and really enjoyed the rich but balanced taste, highly recommended. The place itself is very nice and comfy. It has tables to lay your files and get work done, also nice comfortable chair and sofa. Bottom line - highly recommended!

I had the Global Coffee Specialty and it was delicious. Any place that has Guatemala coffee knows coffee. Very comfortable atmosphere.

I order the mazapán latte which was wonderful! I loved the little pieces of mazapán on the bottoms. Also it was not overly sweet where you couldn’t taste the coffee.
The scone was not my favorite so I probably would not order it again, yes I ate because i was hungry and it was not bad, just not one of the best I’ve had.

El Paso has an absolute gem of a coffee shop in Global Coffee. This is our third visit to this coffee roaster and typically you either roast well or make the espresso well. This place does both. Delicious coffee with perfectly pulled shots of espresso. Consistent taste each time we visit. The atmosphere is also beautiful and inviting. Sit for some light reading, work, studying, with a group, or a quick coffee date. Breakfast bagel was soft and flavorful. When we go out for coffee, this is what we want in a coffee shop. It has it all. Run, don’t walk to get your Global Coffee fix. Seasonal drinks are too good to pass up.

Breakfast Bagel Sandwich is fantastic and the Mazapon Frappe wow! SUPER friendly staff the one young lady even brought my sandwich to me ! They had oat milk woohoo!
