Aloha Hawaiian Bbq

I never get tired of this Hawaiian BBQ. Haven’t had this for awhile so I thought I’d have some of their BBQ mixed plate. This included BBQ beef, BBQ ribs, and BBQ chicken marinated to and seasoned to perfection. It’s laid on a bed of cabbage. It came with two sides steamed rice and their famous macaroni salad. This plate is enough for two so if you like to save some money it can be a shared plate. I also ordered the spam musubi as well, I thought the spam was a little on a thin side and the rice was thick. But it was still good. I had never ordered delivery but this was great. It came at the time it said it would. The delivery man was polite.

Amazing food. The woman at the register with the blue eyes is sweet and welcoming, very knowledgeable and recommended amazing food and the portions are massive. Had the SPAM masubi, chicken katsu, BBQ chicken, Luau pork and lumpia. Then dessert we had banana lumpia and it was freaking amazing. 100% recommend

Love this place!! It’s my favorite place to eat at in El Paso. The food is delicious, the staff is super friendly, and the customer service is the best! Everything on the menu is tasty but I definitely recommend the BBQ Beef, the Hamburger Steak, and the Spam Musubi. The Katsu sauce is my favorite sauce from their menu and it goes great with the Spam Musubi. You need to try this place if you haven’t already. At the moment they are only doing takeout orders, and you have to order online, but it’s totally worth it.

Very disappointed in thier customer service. I called to place an order and was told to order online in a very rude manner, like if she was scolding a child. The food is good but their attitude really leaves a bad taste and experience. When we picked up our food, I asked the lady if I could get some extra soy sauce and was rudely told "You have to pay for it". I didn't say "May I HAVE some extra soy sauce". Very rude lady, zero customer service. I have never taken time out of my life to leave review for bad customer service, congrats your the first!!

Did this place change owners? I recall an Asian lady always being there before and I haven seen her in quite some time. The quality of the food has totally declined in the past year. What happened?? We’ll two years ago the food was still great. This past year not so much. The quality and the over sight the Asian lady had was above average. The quality of your business and your food decline if the actual owner isn’t present on location to oversee his or her employees. I believe that is what happened with this restaurant and the declining quality of their food. It’s disappointing
