Hardee's

Not as good as it once was. Biscuits are very hard and old. Sometime burnt from sitting in the hot bin to long. Employees talking about who there dating and what they do. No professionalism at all. Slow for only 3 people in line inside or out. Sometime run employees. Also very dirty tables and chairs floor sticky like a movie theatre.

Love hardees, just not this one. One soda overflowing from the lid another soda only 3/4 full. Our 2 kids meals came w 2 different sized fries in each. Some of the fries were hot some were old. All of this after being asked to pull forward so the 5 cars behind us could be served 1st. Super disappointed and glad we were just passing through and this isnt our local one.

Not very clean.ever table was dirty. Had to clean one to eat. The slide the food comes down was so gross.I dont think it has ever been cleaned. Windows were filthy should of turned around, but we were hungry. Service we lackluster at best if they could of taken the order and then gone back to there socializing that would of been great.yeah. I love cold fries dont ,everyone . I didn't dare go in the bathroom,went to rhe gas station next door. Its really kind of a shame, the store it self was cool.Nice furniture some different seating.The nicest Hardees I have ever seen.So clean it up.

We have always stopped at the gas station next door for our restroom breaks on our trips through Illinois. Unfortunately it has become rather skanky over the years so I stopped at Hardee's this time through. They must have had a recent remodel. It had a modern but comfortable look inside. Open and airy with a variety of seating arrangements for small and large parties. Their regular hamburger cost almost twice as much as McDonalds but then you get a lot more burger also. It will become my new waypoint.

No stars!!! Finger prints on Windows, managers shirt looked like he slept in it ..In training feller shared with me that he wasn't awake for very long just got out of bed didn't even know if he combed his hair ,and looked like teeth hadn't been brushed in a long while... grandma had to wake him up... also it was 12:00 and we were the only ones there ...I spoke to the manager and told him what I said to you....he said are you done??? I did say to him there has to be a reason for the lack of customers.... No trying to be mean just wanted to let corporate know what's going on... Kinda like undercover boss
