My husband and I went for a lunch date. It was a great experience. The Whataburger staff was very welcoming.

What can I say? It's whataburger!! Food is always good. Service at this location was not very good. They wouldn't fix the soda machine and we paid for drinks. Acted like they couldn't understand English and would just walk away. We ended up getting what was left of the iced tea

The food was hot and cooked thoroughly. I ordered a chicken strips combo, and my husband ordered a hamburger combo. Both were fresh and delicious. The drive-thru staff were polite,attentive, and prompt.

The flavor has drastically changed, Whataburger is not as good as it used to. Fries are always soft and soggy even when they are fresh, worst fries out of any burger place.

I only had simple drive thru order, a plain hamburger kids meal, but upon reaching home, an item was messing, the dessert. Luckily, I have snacks on hand at home and accommodated a perplexed child. However, if I were on the road this would have been disastrous.
Whataburger, please do better and pay attention to detail and provide orders with everything the customer pays for.
Side note: most Whataburgers are independently owned so if you find one you really, really like and become a regular, your order will basically be HOT, FRESH and perfect EVERYTIME.
The one I rated in this review is random one I visited, on odd intersection of Dyer and ramp of Hwy 54.

I ordered the chicken strip basket but the pieces were not very meaty and I wish they wouldn't cook them so hard, maybe a little softer
