Great cuisine. The combination fried rice is especially good. The egg rolls don't have that "in the freezer too long" undertaste that mediocre chinese restaurants often have.
Delicious. Fresh vegetables in meal, could taste the ginger in the Hunan beef. Small, clean, quiet, but good food. Will be back.

Pretty good!. I live near this place so I've been working through the menu. There's a lot of good stuff when you get past the usual fair and get into the soups (all the soups are awesome) appetizers and other dishes (tofu dishes). If your getting generals chicken or beef and broccoli (standard take out stuff - which is good) your really missing out cause there's some depth to the menu and this place does some cool stuff that;s worth checking out. For a local, neighborhood place for quick take out this place is pretty damn good. You could do A LOT worse at several buffets much farther away.
Best Chinese delivery I've had here. In order to meet the $20 delivery minimum I ordered the Beef with Broccoli, Sesame Chicken and Vegetarian Egg Rolls. The meals both came in huge portions, and with more rice than I needed. The Beef with Broccoli was great. The Sesame Chicken was too sweet for me, tasted more like Sweet and Sour Chicken, but it was still good. The "Vegetarian Egg Rolls" are actually Spring Rolls, and are very good Spring Rolls, but not egg rolls. All in all I thought the food was good and reasonably priced, and best of all they deliver.

It has shredded veggies. I highly recommend it. Also try the coconut boba tea. yum!

GREAT PLACE !!!. I go to school right across the street from Mei's Kitchen. Coming from a family whom barely cooks, I always get my lunches from Mei's Kitchen. The line is always super long but the lunch special is just to worth it to pass along. It is affordable and has big portions. On top of that, the sweet and sour chicken is delicious. The boss even recognizes me and is very welcoming every time I enter. I would recommend anyone to go there. My favorite place to eat !
My husband and I order from this place often as they deliver and are not overly expensive. Shrimp fried rice is good and Kung pao shrimp is good. Tried Kung pao chicken once, but didn't like the texture and flavor of the chicken. General Tsao chicken is also good, but I wish they would add more than one piece of broccoli. When we dine in, owner is always super nice.
The many vegan and vegetarian options available really satisfied our craving for good Chinese food.
The owner could easily explain which items were vegan. I was surprised to see the fried rice did not have egg unless it is order with it. They can remove fish sauce from dishes but many came naturally vegan.
Mei's Kitchen has many more tofu and vegetable dishes we can't wait to try.
We LOVED it here!! This is really good Chinese food. We tried 2 appetizers in addition to our meal. The appetizers were good, and the food was GREAT. Portions were perfect, we had a little bit of leftovers. Our favorite plate was the teriyaki chicken with fried rice. They also suggested the noodles without vegetables for my pickier child, and it was PERFECT. With 3 kids, it's difficult to find a restaurant that everyone will like the food, but this one passes the test. Also! Their lunch specials were so affordable! Very happy, and we will be back.
Wonderful chinese restaurant, very friendly staff and owner, store is clean and neat. Good portion. I knew chinese food here is american chinese, so far this is the only one in El paso that didn't disappoint me. Way better than 🐼. Must try if u r craving for chinese food. I noticed there r comments on small portion and not enough flavor. For chinese cuisine, the cook is doing a quite good job, and u cant compare american or Mexican cuisine to chinese, they r completely different, and if u expect chinese food to taste like american food, thats wrong standard.
The menu was extensive, offering a wide range of dishes from various regions of China. We started with the Dim Sum platter, which was a delightful mix of flavors and textures. The dumplings were perfectly steamed, with succulent fillings that melted in the mouth.
For the main course, the Kung Pao Chicken was a standout. It had the right balance of spice and sweetness, and the chicken was tender and well-cooked. The Mapo Tofu was another highlight, with its bold flavors and silky tofu blending harmoniously.
The service was efficient and friendly, with staff members who were knowledgeable about the menu and happy to offer recommendations. Despite the restaurant being busy, our dishes arrived promptly, and the staff ensured our water glasses were always filled.

This is my first visit to Mei's Kitchen and it definitely won't be my last! I had the Cantonese Style Chow Fun which has wide rice noodles, stir fried with vegetables, and your choice of beef, chicken, pork or shrimp. It was very Savory and Inexpensive. The portion was just right and I didn't get overly full. Steven was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The restaurant itself was extremely clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend Mei's Kitchen, they have a wide variety of dishes and lunch specials too! 😋

Best curry I’ve ever had! They deliver so fast and they’re always so nice. The prices are awesome, we eat here almost twice a week! 10/10 for sure. 😊
