Ensenada Restaurant

Stopped for lunch here with my family today after a trip to Hueco Tanks. Had enchiladas, chorizo and egg burritos, and picadillo and eggs. All the food was good (not too spicy for some of our more sensitive tongues), prepared quickly, and very reasonably priced. The main host (Oscar?) was very engaging and made sure everything was fine. He brought us glasses of cucumber-lemonade to try. Not a combination I would have thought of, but very good. Everyone liked it, even those that didn't normally like lemonade or cucumbers. Excellent lunch and would definitely recommend again.

Charming local small Mexican restaurant. Freshly made food and friendly service. High quality ingredients for a extremely reasonable price. Go support this family establishment!! I ordered chilaquiles green, montados, which means the eggs are on top. It was authentic and tasty!! I’ve also attached photos of the most recent menu. This is a very short drive from town and from Hueco Tanks state park so if you are in the area this is a great option!

Fell in love with this place! Beautiful atmosphere, very kind and sweet cook, her name is Olga and son Oscar is an awesome and friendly server. He was on top of everything and everyone around us. Nice an early hours while momma is cooking and her son is taking orders. Ordered huevos rancheros with chorizo and hubby ordered mexican omelette, both with a side of bacon. Not to mention the delicious cucumber lemonade my husband had! Yummm. Anddddd.....on the house albondigas and chilaquiles for being 1st timers here!!!!!!! Love it, love it, love it!
