We ordered from the app, and they forgot the brownie we ordered. When we pointed it out, they simply stated that they were out of them with no solution. We asked if we could get something else instead, and we were only offered an order of churros that cost less than the brownie. Not to mention that 2 different employees offered us the wrong order. Not the usual service we get here.
Thought I would try something new today and at my surprise it was a wonderful experience I had the # 11 combo meal… Huge shout out to Gracie for making my experience so special her welcoming smile and awesome customer service skills will be remembered… I will surely visit again . Thank you Gracie

I just received the best service I have ever received at a Jack in the Box!! Amparo is the best ever!!! She is a very patient woman!! I swear if I hit the lottery I'm coming back to bless her!!!
Very friendly and super good food. Most fast food isn't good but Jack @ this location is excellent.
The problem they had is that if they are taking order in the front desk they are taking orders by the drive thru at the same time and when the customers needs to return something about the order they get mad and had an attitude, like today I order I small unsweetened tea and the cashier wrote sweet, so she call the manager to charge me, and she gave me sweet so I ask her to change it and she did, but this is what it is the employees do not pay attention to customers when they order and they want us to get whatever they want they don't pay for customers food we pay them their salaries when customers buy their food, and always is something with them.
Just did the late night drive thru. Food was perfect and the staff was efficient.
My son and I felt like having fast food breakfast so we went to Jack in the Box. It was clean and only one other couple there. Service was quick and our coupon was honored. Although fast food, it was good.

Made the mistake of going around noon while school was in session. The place was swamped with highschool students... it took a while to get my order but the food was decent and solved my hunger pangs
They have never gave me something I didint order. Always fast friendly and food comes out hot. Fries taste brand new not like they have been sitting there for hours.
