Food is always good. Service is pretty good depending on which one you go to. The Trans mountain one most of the ppl are nice & that's the one I usually go to. I do think the prices are a bit high & the food isn't worth the price. If they got a dollar menu or better priced specials, they would make a killing. It sucks that if I only have a few bucks that I can't go there. I have to resort going to McDonald's...yuck! Work with us poor folk please🙂

This was my first job when I was 16 years old and I have to say that the bar is still high. Best whataburger in the northeast or El Paso!! Quick and friendly service. Food is always hot and fresh!

This place has great customer service. I came in to eat with my husband and kids, and when we asked for a remake on 2 of our sandwiches that tasted a little bit stale, Hope, the cashier, was so friendly and accommodating. She quickly got us a remake, with such an amazing attitude about it the whole time! Customer service is just as important as the food, and employees like Hope are what make an establishment worth coming to. Highly recommend this location!

Stopped in here for lunch and I usually don't review fast food, but I thought I would throw this one in there. I stopped in at lunch was greeted immediately by a super friendly staff. My order was taken quickly and brought fairly quick, as it was cooked to order. I got the patty melt combo, the fries were piping hot and this was one of the best tasting patty melts I've had put in a while, very tasty and great job, especially for a fast food place.

The customer service was good. I had the whatacatch fish sandwich. Way to greasy, and they need to find a bun that will fit the fish fillet. It was okay. If someone asks for something on the side, put it on the side. Didn't like asking for the tartar sauce.

Went through the drive thru and guy who took my order was very nice and polite. The lady at the window was so sweet and working hard. I think she's my new friend 😁. We were staying at the TownPlace Suite across the parking lot so it was a great place to get a quick dinner!
