Red Lobster

This place is great! All the staff is really friendly, however, the one who prepared my to go order most recently was Joshua. He went above and beyond to make sure my meal was perfect, you can tell making the customers happy is his main priority. Food is really good, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Today was an amazing day for our daughter's birthday! The Red Lobster on Joe Battle's amazing manager Danny and our amazing server Irma went above and beyond and left our whole family speechless at how the took what could have been a normal birthday dinner and turned it into a memory for a life time. We received a room that was decorated with beautiful balloons, huge number 10 ballons for her tenth birthday and an amazing ballons display shaped in the form of a red lobster, truly took our breath away! The priceless face of our daughter entering the room was just the start to the most perfect service we have ever experienced. Irma's service was so perfect and attentive that we never had to ask for refills or anything at all. It was like she could read our minds. Danny's management skills have set such a high standard that I feel we may never experience such an amazing time at a restaurant ever again. This comment is in no way is an exaggeration because we observed nothing but smiles and satisfaction from the service and food from the whole restaurant. As we left I overheard a couple saying "everything was amazing. Truly amazing." I had to stop and say to them "I just want you to know our experience was unforgettable as well." I rate this Red Lobster run by Danny and serviced by Irma a 10 out of 10! I will always chose this location to eat over any location in EL PASO. I want to thank the whole staff because not only was everything perfect, but a young lady even took out a lobster for my daughters to touch and take pictures with. Keep up the amazing work guys and continue to touch the hearts of your customers as we were blessed to experience all this. You are an example for all restaurants to learn from! We went to the red lobster by Cielo Vista Mall & entered where it said entrance walked all the way to the front & not even a hello or can we help u we sat down & waited for 10 min without a look our way waitresses were looking at us and still were hesitant to walk our way as she walked to us she was moving her hands and looking at us without even saying a hello turned around and said let me get you menus then a group of people like seven walked in then they attended them so we left. But this Red Lobster is dope the server was awesome we enjoyed our food we drove from one side of town all the way out to the Far East Side just to eat at this location this is the second time we've eaten here and it's always better service
