Review Texas Roadhouse - El Paso

I’ve been a fan of Texas Roadhouse ever since my husband brought me to the Victorville location in California. I knew they had a location on Fort Bliss so it was the top of my list of places to go to when I was in town! My husband and I went on a weekday for dinner so they weren’t too busy. We were seated right away and the waitress was pretty quick to come and get our drink order. I’ll admit, I mostly come here because their bread rolls are AMAZING! They’re so warm and soft. Paired with the cinnamon butter and I’m honestly in Heaven. If I could come here for the bread rolls alone I would! We ordered the rattlesnake bites for appetizer, the description of the flavors sounded delicious! Unfortunately I think we may have come on a bad day because the rattlesnake bites did not taste good. Someone was heavy on the salt when preparing them and we could definitely taste it! My husband got the grilled shrimp and said he enjoyed them so I’ll give them that. The service was great too, our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I think next time I’ll have to try something else on their menu. I’m not giving up on Texas Roadhouse just because of one bad visit! I just will probably stray away from their rattlesnake bites for now until I’m enticed to try them again. I know their pulled pork sandwich was good when I went to the Victorville location. I may try that next time! If you come here for anything… come for the delicious, fresh bread rolls!

I hate that I have to give this place four stars overall since I can't give it 4.5. The food was good, a bit much on seasonings (a bit too much salt or sugar depending on veggies, salad dressing, etc) but I had chicken and the flavor was very nice. The bread was nice as well. But what I wish I could give five stars for, is the service. Super fast, and super friendly. Bread was left at my table as I was seated, and I had my drink and dinner salad before the bread had time to cool off! I was asked a couple of times if I needed anything, and if I was enjoying my food, which was also nice. I believe they do care about your experience and that makes for an enjoyable meal every time! Thank you!

Best place to get a steak!!! Staff is friendly, courtesy, and helpful. The fun atmosphere makes any occasion memorable. You've got to try the Dallas steak. It will melt in your mouth. You'll thank me later. Enjoy

Food was fresh and delicious. We ordered salads. I had the chicken critter salad and my partner ordered the chicken Caesar salad. We had rolls enough for the three of us and an onion bloom. Everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The service was friendly and we didn’t wait too long to be served. The atmosphere was lively yet we were still able to carry a conversation. The place was clean as well. Kudos to the Fort Bliss Texas Roadhouse team!!

The server kept our drinks coming with out us having to ask for refills. I really appreciated that. Our food was served hot and in record time despite the place being busy. The dinner rolls with the seasoned butter were so delicious. Had to ask for extra. 😋 Will be back for more. Enjoy!!

This is a place to go especially for the servicemen and servicewomen to get a good steak at a reasonable price. It was crowded but you can tell the wait staff was going hard to control everything. I ordered the strawberry lemonade and I just gulped it down, very delicious. The bread and butter is a must everytime. I ordered the steak and ribs with fries and applesauce. The ribs were the highlight. Fall of the bone, tender, well-seasoned, I felt like I could just keep going without feeling guilty. I appreciate the staff's attention and dedication to steak because they will do a temperature check to see that you get your preferred temperature. The staff is quite polite. Here's the downside: my steak was supposed to be medium and it was past well done. They replaced it with no complaint. My second steak came and it was at the right temperature and color, there was just no seasoning. I took one bite and couldn't eat it there. I took it home and had to add a lot just to eat it later. I had a long wait for both steaks that it was just disappointing. I understand that a lot is and will go on and do anticipate a wait. The restaurant will work hard and for the prices and quality, you will get a good meal.

I ordered my favorite. The Porterhouse T Bone. The steak was delicious. There was no wait and the service was excellent. You will not be disappointed when you eat here.

Amazing Customer Service! Its been a long time since I was here. It was definitely a good choice. quality of the meat was great! Good price! Their drinks are always great too!! The Bread!!❤️❤️.

I can't say enough about this part of my journey. My wife and I were concerned about going onto the military base to eat, but found that the U.S. Army had really gone all out with setting up this MALL. The Restaurant was absolutely perfect. Unlike most of our eateries during our travels, this was limited to only soldiers and their families. Although parking was a little less congenial that usual, the walk around the restaurant was well worth the trip. The service was 5 Stars and the Margaritas were probably the best we have had in a year or two. Sadly, you will need to have a military ID to get to the restaurant, but this, certainly, keeps the clientele to a more respectable group. My wife and I were in awe of the experience. Thank you Ft. Bliss. FYI: I was born 1958 at WBAMC (Ft. Bliss) and completed Basic Training at Logan Heights (Ft. Bliss). I wish that the base was this well designed back the. I would have spent a lot more time here... maybe would have signed up for ADA (LOL)

Okay. What in the wonderful God is this place? As some people consider me, I review restaurants as soon as I walk in. And honestly, after walking in this restaurant, I felt right back at home. I also wanted to mention that as soon as I took my seat, I was immediately taken care of. And they made sure to make my first time here a blast. Tried the food, AWESOME. Tried a margarita, HEAVENLY. And Ashley, my server, made it a great time. I will definitely come back again. Please, keep doing a great job and make our nights great.

We all got a New york strip 2 of us ordered medium rare and the other medium the medium came out rare then both the medium rare... but over all quality food good drinks

I can’t say I haven’t been here before cause I have but this would be the very first time sharing my thoughts . This one is conveniently located at one of the biggest Army Base in the country which is Fort Bliss, TX. The dim lights give it a cozy ambiance. The staff were really friendly, they greet you at the door with all smiles. And they are very attentive. Now let’s talk about the most important thing food and drinks. The finger licking good BBQ Ribs with it’s tasty sauce, so tender it was falling off the bone. We also ordered their Wednesday special the sirloin steak. I wanted it cooked medium well just with enough pink in the center and not so rare! But, I think that was a mistake because it was a bit on the dry side. Lesson learned. I have to say they had a great variety of sides though: sweet, mashed, and baked potatoes, green beans, corn and more!!! But we all know that their bread is to die for! So soft and warm then add that butter and you’re in heaven!!! So, the drinks is where the moneys at. You have got to try their Sangria’s I had the Sangria Margarita on the rocks with sugar around the rim. I chose sugar not salt because I wanted something sweet. It was delish! Gave me my buzz.

First time at this location and it was great. Our server Chris was awsome, considering he served 6 chatty and indecisive women celebrating a birthday. Only complaint is the music is a bit too loud for a restaurant and we have to shout or can't hear the server too well. Other than that, we will definitely be back.

My daughters and husband love to go eat at this location every time we’ve gone the service and food is excellent. We don’t mind the longer drive to get there because we know it’s going to worth it.

My family usually goes here but recently something has always gone completely wrong. Last night when my family went it's Luke no one wanted to do their job. Sat down and got drink and bread on time but shortly after was when hell pretty much broke loose. There was no more bread for at least 30 mins. It too 45 mins for my family to recieve our order after placing it. My whole plate tasted like it was sitting under a heated lamp for a long time. Ordered a med. Rare steak and received beyond well done. My chicken was dry and hard. My veggies were rubbery, and my sweet potato was burnt tasting on the inside. My waiter Michael was great and appologiesd for everything. I didn't send my food back cause I wasn't about to wait even longer so I just didn't eeat. Our waiter talk to Robert who was the manager on duty. Don't know what was said but we were told since they didn't wanna help me out the waiter just removed my meal. To make it worse the manager looked rightr at me as I pushed my plate away in disgust never asking if everything was ok or checking on us. Came right before we left and asked if I wanted a to go box. I said no my food isn't even ediable and said well have a great night. Never going back anymore ill just take my chances at the location off post. That you so much Robert for ruining my dinner.

This place is awful, been there twice and had bad experiences. Got a bbq chicken sandwich that had to much sauce ane tasted like crap. My hamburger was burnt to hell, dry and the condiments were falling out all over the place. Don't ever go to this place. It is awful. Fire the cook too

Great experience at this location. As you walk in, its a bit odd because the greeter is towards the right, but no biggie. The server was great, the food was great. We will be coming to this location from now on.

Service was quick...like I was posting on Facebook about something the waiter said and the food was there before I was finished quick. LOTS of humor from the staff and plenty of offers of food, drinks, and refills. Great experience and great food. 10/10 would get leftovers again.

My wife and I had dinner there on Wednesday, 09/13/2017. Excellent Food and Excellent Service. We have enjoyed our evening dinner. Eunese is an excellent server. She is a very kind person and we admire her professional attitude. Thank You.

Christian, our server was absolutely amazing! There were 8 in our party. Our two kids, plus our friends two kids sat at their own table and we had our own. He treated our kids like adults and made everyone's dinner experience great! Thank You!

This Texas road house was great! Had a great waitress and food was hot and excellent. The music was a little loader than it should be. Really had a hard time talking to our family and friends.

I've been to this location quite a few times and never had any issues so far. I would go back.
