Kalbi House

It's our first time to eat here tonight. We ordered the bulgogi dinner plate, it already comes with banchan (sides) and cup of white rice and it tasted really great, the meat was very tender and flavorful. The portion is also great. Plus the service was really fast. We forgot to ask the name of our server but she have done such a great job despite being alone and has a few more tables other than us. We'll definitely go back :)

The food here is authentic and tastes delicious. Employees are friendly and helpful. I love the little side dishes they give beforehand (love the fish cakes and kimchi) We tried the beef bulgogi, which was tender and delicious. The shrimp fried rice is very tasty. The spicy beef soup (yak gae jang) was flavorful and filling. My favorite were the Kal Bi which are marinated beef short ribs, these are FANTASTIC. The only disappointing thing is that the prices have REALLY increased, and the portions don't seem as big as they were before. From what I recall, the plates I ordered were $6 more each than before. Next time I'll definitely take advantage of their lunch specials.

Delicious Food. This was our first experience ordering Korean food after moving back to El Paso recently. Its a quaint independent spot featuring familiar foods. We called the order in pretty easily and it was ready within 15 minutes. The gamjajean was not as crispy as I prefer but damn it was packed with flavor. Yum. The bulgogi beef was soo delicious and the banchan was on point. There are some experienced recipes made here. Check them out. I do have to say there is room for improvement on how the staff wears their masks while handling food. They were very friendly and will return. Here are a few pics I took:
