We ordered the fish tacos and the bacon brie burger. Both of them 10 out of 10! The spinach and crab dip was an appetizer, and it did not disappoint.
If cleanliness and outstanding service are also important, then you must come here. Diego was our server, and he was amazing. Try it!
We ordered potstickers for appetizer, the bacon and brie burger with Mac n cheese, and the Baja fish tacos. We had a good experience, enjoyed the food and plan to come during brunch hours. It is a smaller restaurant located inside a corner of the Coronado tower. Parking might be hard to find but is free. We had a latte after dinner and really enjoyed it. Everything was worth the try!

We ordered the migas (eggs on hasbrowns), chilaquiles, croissants, cappuccinos and lattes. The food was very filling but I would not order the croissants again, the butter was hard and the jam did not taste very good.

Gotta write a review for this place! This is under new management and the new staff member, George is Awesome!! My wife and I were looking for a place to eat dinner and couldn't decide. I had remembered that I had a work lunch at Basico a few weeks ago and it was amazing. So I took my wife there and we were the only two people there! George greeted us and explained that they were trying to make this place a "Go To" for those getting off work in the area and explained how the change in staff has made a huge difference. We had visited the eastside location once, and the female staff was very rude and unattentive to patrons. Well, I have to say we were very impressed with the westside location. The food (taste, quality, temperature, presentation & portion size) was delicious!! Come out to support our local businesses and make your night with a delicious dinner and some drinks! Great time! Thanks, George! We will definitely keep coming back!! I highly recommend this place on the west side if you're looking for a delicious, reasonably priced dinner.
The fish and chips were delicious battered to perfection not too thick just crispy enough. Server with just the right amount of fries. The fish tacos were also good, but could've used more sauce. Overall a great place.

The food is AMAZING , the staff was super friendly and very attentive. me and my boyfriend were so happy with everything since we are not from the area we love coming to amazing spots like this.
We wanted to do something quick but not too extravagant for lunch in between errands. We made the decision to try this place as we had not before, and it was a great choice. The brunch menu is light but very savory, and has many options. I had the berries and mascarpone pancakes and not only was it delicious, the plating was pleasing and warranted a picture immediately.

Restaurant Review for Basico Bistro on Mesa, next to Taco Bell
Atmosphere: The restaurant has great ambience, nice lounge music is always on which is great to have your meeting and enjoy your lunch. Btw they patio is also very cool now that the weather is getting warmer
Food: Gotta tell you their appetizers are awesome, specially for the wings. We were just there for a meeting and had the classic Buffalo and BBQ, they were thick, juicy and tasty, they were bone in. Truffle fries are a must have.
Also donโt forget Fish and Chips as your meal, they never fail and have great flavor!
Services: Our waitress and the owner greeted us right when we got there. Service was just on point. Always helping with refills and checking often on our table.
I highly recommend Basico, food is great and also for their cocktails!

Cute little Bistro in the office building. Love the decorations and the patio. Went for breakfast had the House Migas which were delicious! Breakfast menu has a lot of options!
