Exceptional Service and Attention to Detail at Carlos and Mickey's We recently dined at Carlos and Mickey's with my brother-in-law, who just moved from India. The visit turned into an unexpectedly delightful experience, thanks to the staff's remarkable attention to detail. I accidentally ordered a shrimp dish for my brother-in-law, not realizing it contained bacon, which he doesn't eat. Impressively, the chef personally brought our plates out and astutely asked my brother-in-law about his pork consumption. Upon learning about his dietary restriction, the chef graciously offered to remake the dish. This thoughtful gesture was particularly noteworthy given the bustling atmosphere of the restaurant. It's rare and refreshing to see such proactive customer service, especially in a packed establishment. The chef's keen observation and swift response to accommodate our needs were truly commendable. Besides the excellent service, the food was great as well. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared, adding to our overall positive experience. Wonderful Mexican food and drinks. Great location. Nice decor and staff on the ball moving fast to provide good service. Jackie was our server. She was awesome. The margaritas are fantastic and the food tasted great. A must stop with family, friends or for your next party. Always packed anytime of day. Smoking is allowed on the patio outside. Great music and environment. $20-$40/pp. I highly recommend you visit.

The place was amazing, but an unforeseen incident happened that required us to leave the location early,but it didn't pertain to the restraunt. Joel, our server was very welcoming and attentive to our orders. Also, when we finished our soft drinks, he was right there to refill them again. When we had to leave in a haste, he was very accommodating with giving us boxes to take all the food and cups to take pur drinks as well. I hope to attend with better circumstances again. Great job

All the way down just right next to the border, this is a good place to enjoy some Mexican style food. I'm in no way an expert on judging the authenticity, but I can surely say it tasted good to me. The place definitely has a nice vibe and is great for celebrating something special. The place was nicely decorated as well. Felt like in a party. The place was crowded and we had to wait a bit. But it was well worth it. The staff was nice and quick to serve food.
