Texas Roadhouse

Love this place, but it seems to get noisier every time I go. It's hard to carry a decent conversation without having to raise our voice. Hence, the score by no fault really of the establishment only that when I order medium rare a little pink means a little pink not some pink. I ate what was cooked the way I like it. The rest went home to eat later or the next day. I would advise since this was the first time I tried their ribs. Be careful. I bit into a piece, and it had a little piece of bone that had a pointy tip that pooked the my upper part of my mouth. Yes, it was sharp. Bled a little but didn't say anything as it stopped bleeding pretty quickly. Waitresses are very busy since I noticed like 4 birthday dinner in the hour and half we were there.

It's a place I really like to go eat. I never get disappointed by the food. I understand that it's a favorite to many people, and the waiting is long. I wish someone could come up with an idea to help in this issue. I last time I went, we were placed in an area where it was too hot. We weren't getting any air from the vents. They had just one fan for the whole area. I hope they have already fixed the problem.
