I really enjoyed the experience. Authentic BBQ restaurant where you see them cut the pork and brisket in front of you. The meat was tasty and tender and I really enjoyed the Rudy's sauces. If I get the chance to eat Rudy's again I'll definitely stop.

Country music, great barbecue for breakfast, lunch, and dinner makes my world go round. I always go for the 3 egg breakfast bowl with 3 meats, cheese, or beans for breakfast. If I'm in a rush, then I go for the grab and go tacos! Lean smoked brisket for lunch or dinner. The condiment bar has fresh pickles, sliced onion, and peppers.

Very juicy and delicious pork ribs and very delicious and tasty sausages. They are really skilled in handling these meats and they also have very delicious spices. Of course, they had respectable staff, but not very kind. Peppers and pickled cucumbers were very tasty and crunchy with the food, and you could choose them yourself in a self-service manner and with the size you want, without extra cost, in additional dishes next to the food. We were very satisfied with choosing there, of course, the price is relatively high, compared to the amount of food, but it is very tasty.

Delicious! Fast and tasty barbecue for a good deal. Definitely try the pulled pork sandwich, potato salad, and creamed corn. The coleslaw wasn’t fantastic so maybe skip on that.

First timer here! Great experience. They offered samples since it was our first time, and they explained how it worked. Fast, professional service. Food was fantastic and priced well. Wonderful seating area.

All the meat we got, brisket and jalapeño sausage were great. Sauces were delicious. Sides(potato salad, coleslaw, creamed corn, and banana pudding) all were very sun par. Next time it will only be meat. Service was awesome and everyone working there was very friendly. The place was also very clean.
