Wingstop

Well that was a weird experience. Tonight we got a dinner and a show. The staff did not seem to care that we could hear them arguing in the kitchen. One staff member in particular was yelling quite a bit at a colleague. The same staff member who was doing the yelling was also not wearing his mask. I don’t know if the staff can realize that we can see the reflection of what they’re doing from the windows as we’re waiting for our food. We did not feel safe enough to speak up and say anything given the attitude the staff had. It was uncomfortable to witness this happening. Our fries were in edible. They were so salty that I could only have two or three which sucked because we had upgraded to loaded fries. The rest of our food was okay. I really don’t understand the good reviews for this place. We all know restaurants are struggling during this pandemic, but this was a really terrible experience and not worth the money.

Wingstop in its current state is alright, but not great. I enjoy their fries a good bit, although some may not like them as they are highly seasoned. Their fried chicken is pretty standard, along with their pricing. This location is understaffed, the staff seem new, and the wait times for food are very long. This is understandable given the current state of the world, but in the meantime I'd suggest to go somewhere else.

I enjoy Wingstop food usually however, both times I have tried this particular location have been a terrible experience. First time was a takeout order and they took over 20 minutes longer than expected to complete my order and the staff was handling money and then handling food without gloves. Disgusting. I decided never to go back to this location again. Never had problems at the location in Richmond and chose to go there. Unfortunately, when I placed a delivery order months later, my order was routed to this location. Even more unfortunate, they gave my order to my delivery driver missing over half of the order. When I tried calling, they were extremely rude on the phone and told me to contact DoorDash (even though I placed my order directly through the app) and hung up on me. Tried calling back and was hung up on again and again. The staff are disrespectful, unhygienic, and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

OMG this place is jacked up! Three people working (one of them a "manager" but all tables covered in bones, food wrapper trash. Homeless man was convulsing in the back while pretending to eat someone's food that was left at the table. Food total was $44 and some change. I handed the kid behind the counter a $50, and he said "we can't take that"....really? Where are we, Venezuela? Let me talk to your manager. A goofy voiced man spoke from the fries area and said to the cashier "it's ok. Be sure and give him the right change."--Which was a perplexing response to someone who handles cash. Food was 5/10. Edible. Veggies we're starting to go bad, some crunchy and fresh, some soft and bland. Restaurant 1/10. It had chairs. Staff 1/10. They had a pulse. Just goes to show you how management can make or break a successful business. I sure hope someone wakes up and fixes this place. It's truly a disaster.
