This McDonald's is the best in the imperial valley in my point of view, i have 3 reasons why I love this place.
1.) Always helpful with the McDonald's app.
2.)Very patient with my orders.
3.) Helps me save money by showing whats cheap on the menu.
I'll always go to this McDonald's whenever I'm in the valley.

The friendly lady attending the guest seating area during lunchtime today was so helpful and nice. I haven't had someone provide genuine customer service that was so attentive in a long time. I had 2 babies with me and she went above and beyond to bring our meals to the table and provided updates on meal/drink status - all while diligently cleaning the dining area and tending to the guests. Thankful for people like her who shine light and goodness in their everyday lives.

I never thought I'd rate a McDonald's perfect.
This location has met what we see in online ads and the menu pictures. The food is made nearly fresh as it can be. The staff today, November 2nd, 2019, is very experienced or they know their jobs perfectly. Their customer service and keeping appearances rivals what I see in Japans perfectionist food theater of service.
As I sat eating my chicken sandwich that looked like the menu item I ordered, the cashiers moved about checking the customers at the tables. Cleaned up and made things tidy. They bounced around locations beaming and greeting new arrivals.
This feels like a movie scene paid for by McDonald's when in fact I paid for this meal on my own.
For the first time in my life. I can say I felt like I was at home.
Kimberly was the most helpful to name one person that stood out. (In photo for Corporate)
To any of those looking for a good experience. Hit up this location. Been going here since the 90s. It bad gone down hill and now ita back. It needs to reset its stars rating as this place has flip flopped into amazingness.
Kimberly once again as I finished this review helped out a few kids ordering. They were talking amongst themselves and she came over and introduced herself and helped them figure out the deals and ordering at the Kiosk, finishing that she left quickly after letting them know she was there when ready, to go open the door for a family and welcome them to McDonald's.
Good Job McDonald's corporation for this revival and improvement.

When we walked in we looked around. And then somebody came up and asked can I help you. He took us to The kiosk, And took our order. And then gave us a number and we were seated and we were promptly served at our table. The place was very clean and the Bathrooms were immaculate Parking is hard to get out of here though When the drive-through is backed up. Also has a kids play Room very nice pictures show more.

Food is usually really fresh but these last two times my nuggets have been a little old. And their oil needs to be changed. It makes the fries and nuggets taste a little weird with that burnt oil flavor. Customer service great, mostly clean all the time and employees are nice and courteous and they don't limit you on the sauces like seriously best thing because I hate when McDonald's decide to charge for extra sauces when you buy so much food...

A clean, interactive indoor playground. Buy a meal and let your kids run themselves silly in an air conditioned obstacle course. A ways away from the freeway, but we'll worth the extra 15 minute drive if you are traveling with children under 12.
