We went through the drive thru today. Usually, there is a long line but not today around 12:45 pm. The window where you get your food, the lady had great customer service with a smile! The order was right!! This I think is the best Jack in the Box in El Cajon!

This Store is located on Greenfield St. Corner Broadway, in El Cajon, CA. As San Diego County is currently on locked down orders due to a surge of Covid 19 infection in these parts, the only way to get food from Jack in the Box is thru the Drive up window. The Cashier was very personable, pleasant over the microphone, easy to understand & courteous. Inspite of the long line of cars. We got our orders in no time, as soon as we pulled up to the drive thru window. Our burgers were very fresh, hot & tasty - the fries were so fresh, hot & crunchy! This location will definitely be a regular stop for us as they checked all the box in excellent product & guest service!

Service in the drive thru is usually really quick here. My order has always been correct.

They are usually very efficient and great service. Don't go to drive thru between 6 and 830 am if you are heading to work. It it's a 25 minute wait and will make you late to work.

Ordering through the speaker at the drive-thru was fine and my order was right but, when it came time to pick up my order the guy was blah. He didn't automatically give me marina sauce that is "supposed" to come with mozzarella sticks, he made me ask for it. And when I did, he gave me 'redhot' hot sauce along with it and it was dark so I Almost ate mozzarella sticks with hot sauce😐. Not cool. Literally.
