Bad customer service very disrespectful dirty food please has mice and roaches they may need to train their cashier to count the money correctly and have the manager get some respect yourself and have some manners. Be aware of this placeI do not recommend it.

I went in for money one morning and was yelled at by the manager, who didn't even look up when I walked in, for not wearing a mask, which I was wearing. When I turned around to show her I was wearing it, she said I didn't have to have an attitude. I had not said one word yet. The next morning I tried to purchase something at the counter. When I stepped to the register the manager said the other employee would help me at the other register, so I side stepped to get out of her way. I was then accused of having an attitude again. I again, had not said a word to this woman yelling at me and accusing me. The other woman came running yelling at me that the first woman said I could be helped at the other register, and to look at the sign (which was surrounded by product and not very visable). I lost my composure and yelled at both of them for their unprofessional and accusatory attitudes. They don't even look up at you when you come in, and are accusatory without getting any actual information. It's been a month and they won't let me in to purchase anything, in the mornings. Which is fine, i'm down to spend my money at Speedway. Those ladies have always been great. The young man that works the mornings (Tyler I think) is amazing! He has always been so polite and in a great mood. He says Good Morning to every person that walks through the door. He should definitely be given a greater position than those too hags who don't know how to speak to anyone. Their service is appalling and their attitudes are nasty. When I was refused service today, another customer walking in said the same thing. She's had an insane encounter with this manager as well. Good luck. She's terrible. EDIT: Look at this review reply from someone who works there. I liked this store. It's close to my home and on my way to work. I also liked it before those horrid women started working mornings with the nicer young man. Instead of trying to find out the issue, I get blown off. Unfortunately I won't be spending my money there, and neither will my family or friends. I hope future complaints about these hags will be heard by an owner and dealt with. Horrible, horrible service.

On Monday at about 4:55pm, my son was at the register buying two bags of candy, 2 for $3. The female clerk told him it would be $3.52 with tax. In California, candy and other non-prepared food items are tax exempt, so there shouldn’t have been any tax, let alone an over 17% tax on $3. Pretty sure this is illegal, and don’t see how this could even be a mistake. Wondering if this is a common practice at this place. While .52 isn’t a lot, it is if it’s constantly being done to customers/kids, who don’t understand taxes, and it adds up. He had to leave without what he went to get. Had I known she did this before I got home, she would have been told what's up. Hopefully the owner checks this out and fixes it, unless they know their clerks are doing it.

This is my favorite 7-11. Which is saying something, because you could throw a rock and hit one around here. Tyler is always kind, relatable, and positive. I'm honestly disappointed if he isn't there when I come in.

This 7-Eleven is literally always closed after 10o’clock. I have not walked up & seen the door unlocked in over 7months. I don’t think the owners of this 7-11 don’t know what 7-11’s are all about. Such a shame because about 10years ago it was perfect

I don't even want to talk about my experience here. The employees here got on my nerves over the most simple and stupid reasons. Never coming up to this area again
